Delay for Loan disburse

Dear Sir,

I have applied home loan for the month of November after all verification also till date my developer yet to received single instalment from the bank. Several times i have follow up with the bank manager but she is absolutely helpless. Now it seems to be that I am a begger... I am begging for money... I don't know but you have change the meaning of Loan... today's scenario taking loan is a begging...
