Reversal of processing fees

Respected Concerned Department,

My self is Abida Begum i have applied for the home loan in February for that purpose an executive is came in to my house for collecting the paper and gave me an assured to log my file at the final stage in the end of the month and sanction the loan as soon as the formality and physical verification is complete but unfortunately no response i said from him the executive name is Jitender Raj and in favour of that he take a charge i.e processing fees Rs6067/- from my house and take a blank cheque I repeatedly talk him over phone many times he always says he return my money back in 2 days but now the situation is that he not even pick my phone and did not gave my money back i am so much dis satisfy of the services of the HDFC Bank (Home Loan) I am to much fed up of the services of the bank.

kindly grant my request for giving my money back which is charge as an processing fees at the time of applying the loan.
