I regret to inform you that, Being an existing customer of your bank I am heavy heartedly forwarded to this message for your further action. In this connection I need further enhancement of loan, for which I approached your Salem Branch for the past 2 weeks, but your branch officials replied that the manager is on leave or gone to some other place, whenever I visited to your branch the concerned officials were not available.

In this manner, I felt very much pain and worried. Kindly look in to this matter and necessary steps for arranging my loan enhancement or your convenient appointment for discussion.
