I have Home loan of ICICI bank

In last Nov-dec, Customer care executive said that you have an offer that you can fix rate of interest for next 3 year, for further detail you contact to nearest branch.

I has contacted Margao-ICICI branch they has charged me around 2700/- Rs for this conversion (as it reduces my next 17 EMI), but it has happened only for one months but from next month the rate of interest increases and it is still increasing as with time as per Bank norms.

I feel bank has cheated me.

Can anybody help me on this
