I have taken home loan of Rs 1100000 in 2009 from Axis Bank Nasik Branch in floating interest rate. Loan a/c No is PH 1150100162852. My EMI has been increased to Rs 10503.00 specifying change in rate of interest to 11.25%. However as per my calculation, considering 11.25% interest rate it should be Rs 10312.5. I have send couple of mails for clarification, but I have got no reply. Even I have cross checked with Axis bank phone banking officer & came to know that the present rate of interest is 10.75% . Considering my floating rate of interest, my EMI should be much lower than what I am paying. As per the statement, the total tenure of loan is also not reduced. I am totally unhappy & disappointment with the way of customer handling by AXIS Bank. Now I want a definite &specific answer.
