Sbbj bank barmer sms to me that a cheque rs. 19150 had bounce on 12 oct. 2010 i have loan account no:326675100000091 in idbi barmer. IDBI FILL WRONG EMI IN BLANK CHEQUE 20019 i never going to cheque bounce situation . due to idbi barmer my name enter in the list of cheque bounce catgory. can i go to court for this matter? please say about my problem sunil kapoor CF-13 mahaveer nagar, barmer 344001. 91 9414107280
