Misguide and lost my valuable time

Dear Sir,

I have file case for home loan on 7th May at HDFC Ltd Pathankot branch. I submitted all documents for the same to the bank. At that time they has state that, the property which I have purchased from Nagpur city approved by Nagpur Improvement Trust.

On 5th april, they said that, that property hasnot approved by NIT (Nagpur Improvement Trust).

Due this I waste my valuable time due to misguide by the bank personnel. Due this I face so many problems as I have did the aggrement on house at the closing date of 27th april, 11. I could not arrange such type of money within given time. I have gave 1 lacs rs. at the time of aggrement to the house holder. Balance is 2 lacs 80 thousands.

It is therefore kindly requesting to you, pl give kind help for the same.
