Malpractice at LICHFL Gurgaon Office

LICHFL is following all sorts of mal-practices. These complain is against LICHFL Gurgaon Office.

I have booked a Flat at Unitech's Residences, Gurgaon. LICHFL's A/C No. 43437, Loan No. 308611

1. Payment Made to Unitech (builder) is less then the amount mentioned in Demand Letter.

Due to this Penalty is put on me. Now LICHFL Gurgaon is not ready give a reason in written Nor they are ready to pay the Penalty.

They are simply harassing their customers as they like. Till LICHFL Gurgaon has not taken any action.

2. Demand Letter''s Scanned Image copy was given on 14th April and payment is made in 12th May. Nobody has given me any reason of it till now.

I don't know what to do now. If you can help me in then please help me

By The Way: LICHFL Gurgaon Office Telephones are either always bussy or Executive just listen and keep it without listening.
