I would like to draw your kind attention to my son R.Subramaniam Balaji letter originally addressed to you dated 30-12 and quote below the contents of the said letter:-

This is wrt to the File No.4741, Mr. R.Subramaniam Balaji for the Home Loan request. All the documents has been submitted along with Sale Agreement copy. The cheque has been issued for the loan amount Rs.11, 55, 000 and the same got debited for amount Rs.17, 250 vide cheque No.533080 dated 24-12.

Whereas the request for loan amount not got sanctioned only Rs.7, 80, 000 got sanctioned, myself has rejected the same sinc e requirement was not fulfilled. I request you to return my documents and the debited amount Rs.17, 250 at the earliest.
