Unauthorisingly procuring the secret data of my debit card by swiping it on a company's card reader

Dear Sir/Madam,

When I paid through my debit card for the purchase of an office chair, my card was swipped on the Visa-connected machine for payment. But again it was swipped on another card reader for no valid reason. I have no problem for the first swipe for payment. But I have serious objection to the second swipe of my card on the company's Card Reader for the purpose of storing the secret details of my card in the company's computer system. It can be misused any time in future. I objected and the matter was brought to notice of the Dy Manager Shri Abhijit Sant. He tried to assure me that nothing mischief will be played by the company with the data of my card. But I was not satisfied and requested him to remove the data of my card from their system. But it was not done. I suspect that any one in the company can steal my money from my bank account. I may be given protection.
