Wrong billing of spares and projection for the claim

Vehicle no. AP31BB5461 was given to showroom m/s vishnu hona visakhapatnam (A.P) it was met with accident by then the service manager response to estimate properly and submit that to the serveyor but their he failled to do so he has given wrong the estimation to insurance and instead he billed me for Rs 15000/- approx.

later i went to collect the insurance they inturn giving me the claim of Rs 7800/-approx. which inquired came to know that the major part like muffeller with cost of rs 4800/- was not claimed.this shows how ir responsible they are. Kindly do the needful on this asap.
