Battery not working properly given to deale

AS I PURCHASE HONDA ACTIVA ON LAST 16-02, BUT I M FACING A BATTERY PROBLEM AND I COMPLAINT MANY TIMES FOR THAT BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE FOR PARTICULAR PROBLEM.

Now i given battery for replacement to the dealer one month ago but he has not even submitted any receipt and making me false commitments, plz help me get my battery with any possible step
