Delayed Delivery and Irresponsible customer handling

This is with ref with the order which i have placed at one of your dealer points in calicut (Adithya Honda).

Coming to the point i had placed the Order for Activa DLX Black on 10th of Oct at your dealer point paying Rs 1000/- and got a confirmation that would be able to deliver the same by JAN end 2010. Since i had been following it up with the dealer, while on the same i had visited the outlet on 19th FEB and had given my request to Change the color to "White".

Even after repeated reminders and follow ups i happen to visit the outlet yesterday 20th of April to confirm the status of the Order. I got a confirmation from a Lady Sales Manager " RAMLA " who committed that the delivery can tbe taken on 21st of April if u can pay in full cash. I visited the outlet today an i was asked to make a payment of Rs 48, 600. SO when i asked them for a clarity on my previous advance payment of Rs 1000/- they informed that the same would be rec cured as insatallation and registration charges which was not informed to me initially. The CCE was very impatient and was not ready to get thinks clarified, i requested him very politely to reconfirm and get a clarity on the same as i have been very clearly informed that the vehicle delivery on road price will be falling to Rs 48, 600/- only. He was not ready to read it out and said if u need more clarification i can contact his supervisor who is the lady which i previously mentioned. I strongly feel that The front office staff, not even a single person seems to be professional and is fit to sit in front office as they are professionally lacking in customer service skills. It seems to me that i was a lay men for them and was not at all important as a customer.

To the company :

1) what is the Exact customer price for the Vehicle (HONDA ACTIVA DLX WHITE) in Calicut Keala ON ROAD .

2) What all are the extra fittings which company is providing along with the vehicle.

3) How is the company going to compensate on the delay and to meet my expectation of the company.
