Dear sir

Recentily i have bought one HONDA CB UNICORN in our kovilpatti dealer [SGJ Bikes [p] Limited }

After 50 kilometeres i have found the complaint for Engine Crank sound and i also told the dealer said

after first Service we clear the same. But my complaints not rectified from the dealer and again i went to

the second service the crank sound was increased again the same reason told. Now I went to the Third

Service on 27.10.2010.Now the dealer point said the crank will be replaced and the Engine will be

service. I am totally upset for customer service and i will handover the byke to the dealer. I am not ready to

accept the vehicle for replacement of crank as same as replacement of vehicle

kindly clear my issue and do the needful

I am Awaiting for favourable service to me
