My credit Card A/c no. XXXX XXXX XXXX 4010, Credit Limit Rs. 22000 only. I am having this card for

On 02 July they reduced the total credit limit to half the amount. I emailed to them protesting about this. On 03 July they intimated by email that the card has been cancelled. Within 30 days from this date it would not be valid any longer. They have not sited any valid reason for this.

I find this action from HSBC totally one sided, noncommercial and archaic. How can they do this without my prior permission. I want to put up a fight against this.

Please let me know how I can do it. Who are the authorities I can report about this. Please reply asap.
