Charging unnecessary towards the credit card

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to bring on to your notice that I have been harassed mentally by Hongkong Shanghai Banking Corporation Ltd over the phone for unnecessary reason.

I hold a credit card of HSBC bank. When I was given this card I was told that its a free credit card and I don’t have to pay any charges. The last time I used the card was in Bangkok in 2008 April for purchasing an Appel I pod, for which I had done the payment within a month. so that was the only 1st and last usage of card.

Now HSBC bank has charged me an amount of 18468.82 for nothing, which is not acceptable. I have been continuously asking them to send me the account statement through email, for which they have not responded since 2008 till date. Instead their employees use abusive language and threaten over the phone which is very disturbing. They called my Ex employer and spoke badly about me.

Would request you to take some strict action against them. Its not fair on their part to harass me for no fault of mine.
