To whom it may concern...

i bought samsung i450 handset on 5th dec priced rs.13, 200/-, and today is 16th june about 40 days ago (nearly 8may) it seems to be a charging problem in the handset and i gave it to hotspot centre as a matter of insurance of the phone of 2 years. they commited to give the corrected handset within 15 days but no response there was from hotsopt side and now on 16th june nearly after 36 days they are offering 50% maney back which is 3500 INR, this is such a misguding and irresponsible attitude from there side... and i am so annoyed with their behaviour that i"m now filing a case against the company..hotspot is an assh*** company i recommend please do not buy any of their product...
