Dear sir,

i had completed my MCA (pg) and had tecnical knowledge in manufacturing side for abou 2 years, where as after knowing the about the pmegp scheme, me and my wife " jyothsna" she had completed her Btec EEE with 75%, planned to set up a small scale unit using this scheme, but afert approcing to the bank, no bank is supporting the lones with out and security assests, every bank is asking securities with even we go for by pmegp scheme and wht is the need of the schemes and all, the bank is not even taking CGTSM scheme also under consideration, they said they cany follow any RBI guidelines too, why because RBI will say like tht only with out knowig the situation of bank,

so at last i thought that all this pmegp and credit guarantee scheme are just for namely, tht why the country is still back as poor, the bank is insisting even to give public money too us it self for utilization,
