Sir,

This is to enquire about the house loan disbursement amount towards homeloan. We filed a case in the consumer forum Hyderabad witth all the releavant details (loan application no etc)&the case was between Chaitanya puri Hyderabad & me (Srdevi Pinnamaneni) the court has given a judgement that the bank should pay the processing fee which was cut from my account (citibank thr cheque Rs.5514) We filed this case through Lawyer. So I just want to enquire about the status of this. As our Lawyer has expired suddenly we did not have further information. I contaceted Chaitanya puri branch house loan department. But I did not get any informationI contacted Kukatpally Branch also to meet MR.Jayaraj who is dealing with this case. But he is not available. I will be happy if you provide me information so that I will proceed further to get my amount which we have to bear (lot of loss) because of the delay, one of the employee of bank (Chaitanya puri) did..
