Illegal charges on DD for IGNOU

Dear Sir,

As per Axis Bank tie up with IGNOU, Axis bank will not charge for DD (IGNOU, New Delhi) for Management studies. But Axis Bank Ltd, Delhi Road, Rohtak has charged as Rs 56 per DD for IGNOU, New Delhi.

Today on 12 Sep-10, Bank has been issued two checks in favouring New Delhi, IGNOU and charged as Rs. 56 per DD.

Please do the help. and make me help to refund my amount Rs56X2= Rs.112/=
