Delays in money transfe

I'm an NRI and i had taken a Housing loan from Madurai Branch one year ago. I have to repay my EMI for another 4 years. My previous loan had been closed on time without any delay.

Two month ago, unfortunatly, i met an accident in Dubai & i couldn't sent money to my account for 1 month. I will repay that amount with interest. Because of this delay, the Bank representatives approched my family in india & giving continuos distrubance & troubles. And also they have insisted to handover the passport of my family. This is not the right way and if need, they have to contact me, not my family. They don't have the right to approach my family in india. Please stop this immediately & contact me for any such incidents.
