In Spite of my repeated complaints to the customer service desk still i am receiving the SMS on the housing loan taken by somebody. My complaint request no. is 134819068. I am receiving the following sms every month i.e. 8th of every month

"Dear Customer, this is to inform you that your payment of Rs.21604.00 as EMI for your Loan Account LBMUM 00001511066 is due on 10-05-10.

The above SMS has been recd on 08-05.10 at 14:-2:19 time from TM-ICICIHFC

For your information I have not taken any housing loan from ICICI Bank.

You requested to please look into the above matter and make correction accordingly to reach the sms to the concerned person.
