HP Gas dealer at Yelahanka (dealer code-964150) is made a mandate to buy TAWA (Rs 550.00 extra) along with the new connection or transfer. (for e.g if we take an additional Cylender, they charge 2435/- including TAWA) If the customer is not ready to take it then the dealer either delay the process or shouts at the customer. Also the arrogant behaviour of the dealer makes the customers unhappy.
