SBI Credit Card
CARD NOT RECEIVED BUT BILL IS COMING

I have applied sbi credit card in the month of may'06. I did not received the card till August06.Later i changed my job location and my neighbour informed me that my card came and went back through courrier.

In between some of the insurance people called me for SBI credit card insurance and i have not accepted that one.

Till now i did not received my card but they are generating the bills for undelivered credit card in the name of insurane. I wrote many mails to sbi cards but there is no response.

Is it right to generate bills for undelivered SBI Credit Card?
