Extra charges deduction through card payment

Respected sir,

Today on March 17, I filled petrol in my car through my master card on H.P. PETROL. PUMP, SECTOR 22 B, CHD. They gave me slip of Rs. 2500. But when I check my account details online, then I found deduction was Rs 2570.22. I felt cheated because they did not made me aware of extra charges deduction. Please check the case.
