COLLECTION OF EMI

Dear sir/madam,

This is to kindly inform you that i took personel loan from FULLERTON CREDIT INDIA LTD,

from their airoli branch at the year 2007 (having loan no 00962500000329) i already paid 50% of amount through EMI...

remaining i want to settle down...

it is also communicated for 11000 Rs as settlement amount, as decided i spoken with the bank as well as third party

collector of the bank (i.e. HP SOLUTION, GHATKOPER (E) having landline no 022/64553623)

i ask them i will pay you the amount as on 11 the july.. but they refuse for it and trying to harass me as well as my family

by sending their executive at my home and abusing to them doing calls so many times from the no 022/64553632 and the mobile no also (for security reason i m not mentioning the cell no) you can check recording from this nos on 29-05 between 1:00 pm to 1:30 pm

please help me what can i do for this...
