Fake Charges Harrasement

I am using hsbc credit card ..when they issued me card they informed me that it is free for life time. but every year they charge annual fee and later i have to call and waste my time scan the letter received and ultimately they waive off the charges

it take time so they levy interest charges on the defaults... later they call at 6 am in morning, give miss calls and harress me

it has the most pathetic service

so i request everyone not to use the same
