Egarding credit card payment

Sir

i (kranthi kumar v) using hsbc credit card in june in this month the bank charged Annual fee of Rs 700 st.

At the time of issuing credit card they told me there is no Annual fee.

then i spoke to call center Employee they told that we reverse that amount. so i reduce this 700 and pay that month bill amount.

next month again they charged finance charge i did not pay that finance charge

after that i did not use that card

but now they sent me statement with due amount of Rs 6000/-

what shall i do now
