HSBC Bank

Hi,

HSBC Bank has billed me for Rs. 1299 for some CPP (Card Protection Plan). I didn't authorised anybody for making that charge.

Despite repeated request & email HSBC is not ready to remove that charges. They are billing be for the CPP Charge, Late Fee & Intrest.

They are threatning me that i will not be able to avail any kind of loan from any bank. They will ruin my credit history.

They are saying that you need to call CPP & ask them to reverse the chrages. But my point why should i call them. HSBC has allowed the charge & they should reverse it
