Refund of Credit Card Amount

Here, I would like to ask why money has not been refunded so far. Its been almost 12 month. I have visited HSBC branch many times, however all-vain.

Your HSBC bank deals nicely before Pre sale credit card, then post sales niceness gets diluted then finally after closure bank behavior becomes pathatic.

Your bank needs to home work in customer servcie field. We are far far away from real customer servcie.

You helpline never respond properly.

I am expecting some logical and positive revert on this complaint.
