HSBC Bank (credit card)
Making late payment month by month without giving any information

Hi

I have make 13000 payment from my credit card from 13 march bank will give all their customer 50 days validity to pay their bill But they bill me on 25 March which is last due date. No matter i will submit my check on 22 march on their south ex branch but company will clear it on 3 April. the check it been clear i'll check it out from my bank account statement. For some reasons i have to out of town for few month. the company didn't told me your due is clear or not they just increased penalty and late payment charges month by month. i came my town in the Oct. i just check out the bill it is around 4596 rs. i talk to them (bank representative) but they did give no satisfactory answer on this matter they just tell me just pay your balance amount. also my call is also block.

Pls. advice me what i can do on this.
