Today on 7th January I have been making many calls to HSBC credit card deptt. I wish to make full payment of outstanding dues on my credit card and wanted to know the exact amount to be paid. But each time I make a call and give my full credit card number, I get the response that my credit card number is wrong. I have checked my card number many times just to make sure. But the voice on the phone continues to repeat that my credit card number is wrong. I have no idea how this is happening. Please advise who I can talk to in this regard and explain things.
