Fake Credi card bill

I was getting bill of HSBC credit card. I have never applied for this card but getting bill. When I contacted to HSBC office customer care center then they replied that you have purchase insurance. Bu in fact I never received any insurance certificate or any related document from any insurance company. I have not received any communication till date from any company in this regard.
