Sir/Madam,

I am Sateesh Naidu Kasturi from Hyderabad, I am having the HSBC credit card. At the time issue, they told me that it is a life time free credit card. But every year they are charging the maintenance charges. When i spoke to them and asking about it, they are reverting it back. Same thing happened this year also. They reverted back the amount of 3000 from my account as maintenance charges incurred on me. But they are asking me to pay the service charges. I am not interested in paying this amount. Please help me in this issue.
