WITH NO REASON BLOCKED THE CREDIT CARD

This is to inform iam holding HSBC credit card for the past 6yrs my card no 4479XXXXXXXX2851.On 7APRIL11 statement generated of 4069 and imediately paid through HSBC online payment 4070 it was debitted in my account also. When i checked with customer care for confirmation of amount they said they have not receieved payment bcoz credit card has been blocked without my knowledge they have did this the amount has been debited in my account also. After checking with customer care also they are also not sure.
