Updation of my CIBIL records without any prior notification or grace period

HI,

HSBC has updated my CIBIL status as a defaulter without any prior intimation to me. As per RBI rules, they are supposed to inform me and give me a notice period before they update CIBIL records.

Because of this my financial credibility is very badly affected and they are not willing to address this concern logged by me
