Regarding Card payment

Hello Every one,

Please let me know how do i go about this.

Three Years back I had recived a Credit card statement, which had my amount out standing annual fee Service taxs and so on. were as my Credit card was given to me as life time free card, when i saw this I called the bank i had couple of discussions with the bank people on phone banking and told them about the charges, also told them if i have to pay charges then i would not like to take their service, they told me to pay my amount due leaving the annual charges and call them back so that they can close the card and i did the same the last person told me that he is processing the card for closure. and the card is in the closed state i confirmed it also. Now once in every Six months i get a call about my repayment.

I request them to give me the statement of my out standing amount (if i have or what transactions i have done 3 yrs old) so that i can make the payment else i dont have to. the last person who called me yesterday told me that the bank will issue me a legal notice for this now. how do i go about it.
