Payment

I have payed all due on before due date (I.e before 04th). But still one payment which i have made along with 14000 Rupees is debited to your account on 08th Nov'10.

Hereby i'm unable to pay the extra amount, what HSBC has put on me. I request you to please look in to matter & cancel my All extra charges which charged on me.
