Fake promices on reward point

Card expired without any intimation on that approx 8500 reward point were also expired, new card not issued against the same, card expired but still sending monthly statement with available credit limit & redeemable credit point detail but when i called to claim the reward point its been told me to that I cannot claim my point as gift or gift voucher.

on my first call the representative confirmed me i can claim point by giving point code and when i called after (within 20 mini) with code i have been said that i cannot claim my point its been expire clear cheating done on call.

1. my card got expired i did not got any confirmation (intimation) for that

2. New renewed card has been not sent

3. I have been sent my statement for 2 month even after expiry of my card

4. statement states my availability of redeemable reward point

5. on call first confirms that i can redeem my point

6. when i re-call to redeem point i have been told point cannot be claimed
