Non receipt of card statement

I am Shri. Surendra B.Pawaskara card holder (card no.4476 9299 6005 2675) from Mumbai have a complaint about statement. I am not getting the monthly statement since last 2-3 months, instead I receivedphone calls for payment. I find it difficult to get outstanding dues.
