HSBC Credit Card
Reversal of charges

I was a HSBC credit card customer from last 4-5years.

Kindly refer my credit cards ending with 4476****5676 i was offered this card by HSBC as a life time free card now they have charged me with annual sevice charges of Rs.700/&-amp; Rs.350/- for addon card. I have immediately informed the customer care department and told them to please reverse these charges. Even after the cancellation the charges they told me that i have to pay this amount without even use the card. Is it justify from any point of view.
