Harrassment from the collection cente

Hello sir,

This complaint is regarding the HSBC collection center. I have been getting real abusive calls from the bank's collection center (o1130613200 & 9015893944), for a card which is not mine and neither transactions done on it.

The calls became so abusive that I had to take the help of local police and most astounding fact was that the collection agent who was calling me changed not only his name but also the entire story in front of the police inspector. So now I am also not sure whether the card or the transaction amount actually exists.

Sir, please help me sort out this problem.
