I am unable to access my card

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am unable to access my card on the customer care phone banking. My card no. is 4384 5999 1090 8705. I have been trying this morning for atleast 10 times, every time I get the message that it is not right.

Also I want to know why the credit limit of my card has been reduced from Rs. 142, 000 to 24, 000.

I also want to redeem the reward points accrued on my card. If it is possible, the item codes are:

7010 and 3093
