I had an HSBC card no 4862&&--69, which was forced on me by hsbc officials, which i was reluctant to use, but i kept it unused for 3 yrs as it was free of any charges. Then i starting using it though not as my primary card. The dues were always paid on time. The bank was supposedly happy with my timely payment and subsequently upgraded my card to a platinum card. My last transaction was Rs.83, 409.58p, which as usual i paid on time but the bank some how charged me late fee and some other charges. On grounds of principal, i refused to pay as i was not at fault. I tried speaking to bank officals who were very rude to me and refused to hear me out. Now the tables have turned. They have accumulated the interest charges which have mounted upto Rs.10, 000 for surely no error of mine. Now i am not interested in hearing them. Their incessant calls are harressing me as i refuse to narrate their inefficiency repeatedly to each of their officials. This situation has been created by them and they themselves need to rectify it. Why are they calling me? Please help.
