HSBC Credit Card settelment problem

Hi,

My Card no: 4384 5999 8575 6187, i made a settelment on 23rd jan of Rs 11800 to your settelment agency OCM (person Kapil Sharma) in cash. as i called to your settelment department 6-7 times from 23rd jan to 1st of Feb, they told your money is not reflecting i my account.

I got settelment letter, and recipet also.i want to know that where is my money. If i not get any answer from your side. then i move to court also.
