HSBC Credit Card
Unfair charges on my credit card

I m hsbc customer since last few years holding a gold credit card. in last months bill i have been charged 2k rs for anuual fees which i never been charged earlier after this 4 times service tax been charged i dont know why but its there in the statement when i call hsbc ph.lines than i didnt got any satisfieng reply from hsbc representative bcos he also did not have sufficient knowledge abt the same its shame on such a big bank which have millions of customer but have a very poor staff when i ask for clarification than hsbc representative said that he will make a reversal of the said amount which is 2000 rs as well as service tax also.

i want hsbc to take an action on above query make all the reversal of amount latest by tomorrow or i will be happy to discontinue services with hsbc bank.inst the hsbc bank.
