HSBC Credit Card
Payment due without any purchase

I had credit card with HSBC primary card no 4384 5999 1187 8584. BALANCE IN THE credit card was nil. Few months before HSBC credit card department called me, said that we are closing this credit card as there no purchase has been done in this credit card for past 6 months. They said that there is no due on this card.

After one month they are sending me message that you have to pay 2000 Rs as closeing statement has generated. I called the company that i have not purchased any thing in this credit card. they are telling me you have to pay this amount as service charges or else we will send you recovery agents and complaint to CBIL.

Pls help me in this regards,
