Outstanding due to policy

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in reference with the credit card no 4384 5999 9615 7607.

From last 4 years there is dispute due to the TATA AIG policy (MRP20000000214) on my credit card. After getting the papers of the policy I request for the cacellation of the policy at customer care but they were not taking the request for the cancellation. The very next day I stop using this card for any shopping after clearing all my dues. After so many reminders & written communication bank has cancealled the policy but not reverse the outstanding due to the policy.

Current outstanding (Rs. 78000) is only due to the TATA AIG policy (MRP20000000214) on the credit card.

I have all communication that took place while canceallation of the policy.
