Sub.: Cancellation of undue debit balance against the card.
Dear Madam/ Sir,
With reference to the above cited subject and further to my email dated 26th April I would like to inform that I have already informed the bank to close the above referred card in December. At the time of closing the card there was no any balance due against the said card.
In reply to my email your customer service executive had confirmed from your own records that the card was closed on 23rd December. Copy of the email reply is enclosed herewith for your ready.
In view of the above the balance shown against the card is not correct. Accordingly I request you to cancel the dues against the card and send me no dues certificate.
