HSBC Credit Card
AFTER SETTLEMENT ALSO THEY DEMAND FOR MONEY

Dear Sir/Mam,

Im bindu working for a private company in travel industry, i had got a HSBC credit card which i use and paid minimum interest for a long time and then they came for the settlement for Rs.17, 000/- .I settlement that money in one shot and got a settlement letter from the bank.

But now im getting HSBC card statement every month and they have entired that in the civil stating its outstanding.

And when i enquied about this they say u need to pay Rs.1, 30, 000/- to to remove from the civil.

i dont know what to do, Please help me to come out from this.
